I am Joeline.

I am a family photographer who is passionate about capturing life's moments that matter.

​

Even though we all have memories that we cherish, my goal in photography is capturing moments that when looking back at your pictures, you remember how you felt.

 

Photography has a way to transport us back to a moment in time and it is my privilege to witness people as they are and present them something that they will cherish along with their memories. I love to photograph giggles, tears, hands, hugs, ringlets, gummy-no-teeth-smiles, emotions...

I want to capture the connections between people.

My sessions are guided and not "posed"; your session is all you. Your moments that matter! I am very relaxed and take the time to make sure your session is what you want to have remembered.

I live in Guilford, Connecticut with my husband and three children. I am a certified teacher with a masters degree in special education. I decided to explore my passion for photography once my children were born. I am so grateful that the teacher in me gets to spend so much time connecting with children during family sessions. 

​

Things about me - I love all things nature - the sea, the sand, tall grasses, sunsets, wildflowers. I drink far too much coffee. I adore color, but I love to wear black. I love music. I enjoy being creative. I love to dance. I sing out loud while driving around (in my minivan). I like to boost others. I love to laugh. My favorite part of every day is being with my family.
